Letting yourself in

01

Book to the quarter hour

Pick a bay and a window. Pay. No account needed.

02

Code arrives with the booking

Live from ten minutes before your start to ten minutes after. Enter it at the door.

03

Play, then leave

The bay is on when you walk in. It shuts down on your end time.

When a code fails

01

Check the time — the code is live from ten minutes before your start, not earlier.

02

Open your booking page from the confirmation email, or look it up with your code and email.

03

Tap "request backup code". A second four-digit code issues immediately and lasts 20 minutes.

04

That request texts the on-call team with your bay and time. If both codes fail, they call you.

The door code window

Live from ten minutes before to ten minutes after your start.

T−10 T+10

Arrive earlier than that and the keypad will refuse the code — it isn't broken, it isn't your turn yet. Arrive later and the code has retired; request a backup from your booking page.

Is anyone there?

Access

No. All three locations are unstaffed, all the time. Support is by text from 7am to 11pm, and the on-call phone is answered overnight for door problems.

What if my door code fails?

Access

Request a backup code from your booking page — it issues instantly and works for 20 minutes. The request also texts the on-call team.

How short a session can I book?

Booking

Fifteen minutes, then in fifteen-minute steps. There is no hour minimum and no block pricing.

Why is my total more than the rate I saw?

Pricing

You have crossed into peak. Peak is weekdays 4–11pm and weekends 8am–11pm, and adds $4/bay/hr. A session that straddles the boundary is split, each side at its own rate, itemised at checkout.

See rates in full →

Is the rate per person?

Pricing

Per bay. One rate covers up to four players. Five or more needs an adjoining pair at Kitchener or Ancaster, billed as two bays.

Do pass hours expire?

Passes

No. Ever. Membership included-hours do reset monthly — that is a different product and the interface says so in both places.

How passes work →

Which bays can I use my pass in?

Passes

Its own class and anything below it. A Tour pass plays every bay, a Studio pass plays Studio and Range, a Range pass plays Range. An hour is an hour — no conversion rates. Booking above your tier is allowed; you pay the difference in cash and see it itemised first.

Can I move a booking?

Changes

Yes, free, any time before your start, as long as something is open. You see the price difference before confirming and your door code reissues.

Refund or credit?

Changes

More than 24 hours out, full refund to your card. Inside 24 hours, full credit. No-show, nothing back. Paid with pass hours? The hours come back rather than money.

Do I need clubs?

Equipment

No. Every bay has loaner sets, right and left handed, plus a putter. Gloves and balls for sale from the vending unit inside.
